Products and pricing
We sell original A4 linocut prints by Yves Coote. Each print is hand-pulled and numbered when you order. Prices are shown in EUR, GBP or USD depending on your shipping region; the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay, with shipping included.
Delivery
- Europe: 3 to 5 days from dispatch.
- United Kingdom: 5 to 10 days from dispatch.
- Rest of world: 7 to 14 days from dispatch.
Prints are dispatched from France within 7 days of order. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us through the homepage form and we will investigate or replace at no extra charge.
Right of withdrawal
Each print is hand-pulled and numbered specifically for your order. Under EU directive 2011/83 article 16(c), goods made to the consumer's order are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds therefore do not apply to undamaged delivered prints.
Damaged on arrival: if your print arrives damaged, send a photo through the homepage contact form within 7 days of receipt and we will replace it free of charge.
Petit Bleu Club (monthly subscription)
The Petit Bleu Club is a monthly subscription: each month Yves hand-pulls a new blue artwork, writes a short note, and posts it to you. It costs 12 EUR per month (or the equivalent shown at checkout for your shipping region) and is billed automatically by Stripe. The first month is charged when you subscribe, and each following month is charged on the 1st.
Cancelling: you can cancel at any time by emailing letters@yvescoote.com. To avoid being charged for the following month, send your request before the 20th of the current month. Requests received after the 20th take effect the month after, because the next print is already being prepared. We do not refund a month that has already been paid.
Returns: like all of our prints, each monthly artwork is hand-pulled and made to order, so it cannot be returned or refunded once sent (see Right of withdrawal above). If a print arrives damaged, send a photo through the homepage contact form within 7 days of receipt and we will replace it free of charge.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card data. Stripe processes your payment information according to its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Privacy (GDPR)
When you submit a contact message through this site, we collect: your name, email address, country, and the content of your message. This data is used solely to reply to your message. It is retained for 12 months and then deleted. We do not share it with any third party.
You may request access, rectification, or deletion of your data at any time through the contact form. The data controller is Marie Louise Dongelmans.
Cookies
This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. The shop uses your browser's localStorage only to remember your selected shipping region between visits. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
Applicable law
This site and any sale concluded through it are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
